Yes. Because T.O. needs another receiver with deep speed to draw all the coverage he's been getting lately off of him. Patrick Crayton is good; but he's lacks elite size and speed. The addition of Roy Williams allows Crayton to go back to his natural position in the slot.
Owens will see a lot more single coverage now. For that, he will be happy.

R. Williams was unhappy because Calvin Williams was taking catches from him. Sooner or later this thing will blow up. It's not like Roy is going to be a decoy so Owens can be open on every play. Team chemistry in Dallas will explode sooner or later. Bye, bye Cowboys.

I believe that they can coexist. If anything, it will be Roy Williams who ruins the situation and not TO. When T.O was told by Jerry Jones about the possible trade he was, "ecstatic" and he realized that this would loosen the coverage that has been so concentrated on him in the past few games. This trade has only served to strengthen the Cowboy offense and it will now be more formiddable than ever.

This does not make them the best offense in the NFL as Dallas fans have already started to say.. I repeat not the best offense in the NFL..
I mean you have other teams with just as much and better offenses than this.. plus, didnt the giants once beat the patriots with a Hall of Fame QB and alot of better Receivers than Dallas, and a better O-line.
Colts - Wayne and Harrison, Addai, Clark.
Saints - with all their injured players except R.Bush still lead the NFL as the #1 passing Offense. ha =0
Redskins - S.Moss, Randle El, Portis, TE
Cardinals -# 3 passing offense. wait until Boldin returns

Back to the Question.. Maybe at first. but once they start losing because of their Defense it will all break lose.

Yeah, they can get along. Roy has class. He’ll be a good teammate and let TO bask in the limelight, regardless of their productivity. Look for them both to be overly complementary of each other.

yep...not that dallas needed ANOTHER good reciever or anything but seriously look at that arsenal now TO, Crayton, Williams, Witten, Austin, the list goes on...
