what happen when I falled asleep?
Hey all, I'ts 3:12 in the morning and can't fal asleep after what happen to me. What happen was before I falled asleep I was like in a dream allready and talking to 8 ghosts about directions. Just before I close my eyes all of a sudden I was back here and then I short of paralize could not move and i was spinning around and also breathing fast. While all of the spinning motion was going on and breaething fast I was trying to calm my self down by trying to breath slower. When i was starting to breeath slower, Since im a christain i prayed for protection and also forgivness like I allways do before i go to bed. after I prayed it all had stop and it was back to normal i could still feel my heart beating fast after it but it had slow down quick and also I notice i was breathing to. what ever had happen i just thank that im good and that im still alive. I'm just wondering did any of u had this or something like it? Because I wanna know what really happen to be safe so that i won't make the same mistake againg.
mabey this might help. I'm not a die hard christain.

I got the part where it's 3:12 AM and you cannot sleep. Now you say that you're speaking to eight ghosts? About directions where? Were you physically spinning, or was it a sensation?
I think that you just might have a touch of sleep deprivation.
Although I'm not a professional in this field, if you tried giving yourself some rest, it's possible the outcome would be worthwhile.

I am happy to hear you are a christian. Now the Bible reminds us that the devil is liking a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Even while we sleep, he is seeking to snatch us away from the land of the living. If our eyes could see in the spiritual realm, we would realize the host of demons that surrounds us sometimes.
That is why it is imperative that we pray to Jesus before we retire to bed, confessing our sins and inviting His presence to watch over us while we sleep, and over our children too.
Then again, make sure that before you go to bed, your last meal is at least 5 hours before bedtime. Practice to clear your mind before you go to sleep. Go to bed at a regular time every night. Make sure your anger, hatred, or any negativity has subsided before you sleep and you are not worried. Then rest in faith and go to sleep. God will do His work of protection.

hm, are you hallucinating? because nothing like this ever happened to me or any of my friends or people that i know. sometimes we tend to think too much. when we think too much, things that aren't there will feel like it is there and there are so real. there are so many people in this world, why would the 'these' things choose to haunt you? for me, i do not think that it is due to supernatural causes. prayer can help you to calm down, it is a good practice too, which i fail to do it everyday. :-). chill. be realistic and know that its quite impossible that these things will happen. maybe 0.01%...? talk to the priest if you really feel that this is due to supernatural causes. i guess he has the solution for you.

Don't worry..it was just a dream. During certain stages of sleep, your body can feel paralysed and the dreams very real. So your just fine!

It happens to all and sundry...you have been in simple terms having worry slumbering. you basically might desire to get on a stable time table, now and returned being under pressure or in simple terms being too wakeful can save you up.

You had a bad dream, stop drinking soda before bed and get more exercise.

It would appear that, while you were asleep, somebody came and stole your ability to ask a coherent question.

you need to see a psychiatrist... possibly an exorcist.
