Why do public toilets have so much water pressure?

I know its a stupid question, but I really wanna know if theres any logic behind it.

Thanks

The pipe supplying the water is larger than the pipes in a home. The water is going directly to the bowl.

They are tank-less toilets. Commercial buildings don't have more water pressure, the flush mechanism just squeezes it down to a smaller opening so it has more pressure.

Commercial toilets cost a lot more, or I guess we would all have them. After all, they work better. They flush more reliably and have fewer maintenance problems. Also they are harder to mess with. These features make them better for places which will be used by many people who might not care for them like a homeowner would.

I'm not 100 percent sure. But i would assume its to ensure they dont have blockage. It's not like some random dude at Macdonalds is going to go up to the counter and be all, "hey i need a big mac also can i borrow a plunger i stopped up the toilet." you know what i mean?
