Why doesn't Internet Explorer 7 save my passwords? Even after I say yes to the prompt...?

Whenever I get the prompt to remember a password on Internet Explorer, I always say yes. But whenever I return to the website (I haven't even logged out most of the time, just changed pages then gone back later...) I'm asked to save the password again. Never, has my password been saved. I have THREE other computers in the house, two laptops and my sister's PC, they all have IE7 and windows xp, NONE of them have the same problem. Heeeeeeelp!

All the auto-complete functions are turned on.

I have Internet Explorer version 7.0.5730.13

My operating system is windows xp with service pack 3 installed.

Hope that info helps solve my rather baffling problem.

Update:

It doesn't remember ANY passwords. So forgetting passwords won't help. It's automatically forgetting them whenever I close the page down. But it's happening with msn too. If the website has its own remember feature, I'm fine. But as soon as it's up to IE to do some work, dan dan dan...........................nothing.

Try clearing the cache and see if that fixes it at all.

Maybe getting it to forget all the passwords might help too, but not likely
