Power Windows Don't Work 91 Ford Tempo GL?
The power windows don't work on a 91 ford tempo GL. This affects all four windows. We think it MIGHT be a relay. Where is the fuse box under the hood located because we can't seem to find it. 4 door sedan 4cyl.

pull out the drivers master switch ck for power on term 10 (light blue/black wire) and ground on term 9 (black wire)
both good replace master switch.
no ground trace open.
no power check power window circuit breaker, ALMOST certainly in under dash fuse box. swap with another circuit breaker or just jump a wire across it and try windows.
circuit breaker good replace "window safety relay" it is above the fuse panel on the drivers side.

check the fuse. the fuse operates all 4 windows.
