I was in a accident no fault of my own?
Now I was leasing the car I was in. So what do I need to do to make sure I am not screwed in the end. Should balloon payments and all that be charged to other insurance? I just want to make sure I don't come out of this worse than I started?

The other insurance company does not owe you for your car payments. You incur those regardless if the car is damaged.
If the leased car is repairable - you will want to contact the lease company and find out what body shop they use. Usually leases have a clause that the car will still be under warranty or you will not be held responsible for improper repairs when you turn the car in if you use a specific body shop.
While the car is in the shop -the at fault company will provide you a rental car.
If the car is a total loss - then the insurance company will settle up with the lease company but they will need you to sign some paperwork as well.

if you have insurance and the dude that is fault has insurance...let the insurance company take care of it....that is one of the reasons why you pay them every month.
