I am a Catholic Christian who believes (as all Catholics do) in Jesus, that as God he died on the cross for our sins, and rose on the third day, that works can't get you into heaven. And that Jesus created the role of Pope as our most senior pastor on Earth.
With love in Christ.

I used to call myself Baptist. Until what I was hearing and reading didn't make sense. I think the Baptist are good people and mean well but they didn't explain well enough that when you accept Jesus as your savior, you have to keep doing what Jesus said to do until the end.
I was under the impression that once I was saved it didn't matter what I did, I was still saved.
Not So. Jesus said "If you continue to the end, you'll be saved.
Now I just follow Jesus and try to do what He say's to do to be saved.

The other category..I replaced believing with knowing a few years ago.. I am among the ten to twenty million readers of the Conversations with God books by Neale Donald Walsch. Knowing is much better than believing..If you are simply a believer, you can continue to follow your fear based religion..If you want to know God, read the miracle books By Mr. Walsch.. Get copies at you library or at the major book stores.. God bless.

Atheists don't necessarily believe "there is no god". Many atheists, myself included, simply don't accept any of the human notions of gods... and have no reason to believe any god is practically or logically necessary. It may seem like a subtle distinction, but it's actually quite significant.

5) Other--Agnostic--there is no evidence of a God, but if there were I may change my mind.
