When is the ideal time to lay down Bermuda sod?

I know I can't lay it down in winter, but what about right before the weather starts to get really cold? Or should I just wait until spring?

Wait, will ensure more of it lives. If it goes down now, may not root sufficiently and the sod could well freeze too much and die since it will only be an inch or so deep.

Sod is expenisive, so which you're able to do it appropriate the 1st time. definite, you may till and point the floor. in the journey that your soil is undesirable, do not upload topsoil (a great number of inexpensive topsoil has weed seeds in it), upload a layer of compost particularly. good luck!
