im over weight, and need a fast, effective way to work out?
im 16, 5 foot 5 and 160 lbs. yea, i know. i'm surprising more active than everyone one of my friends, they just must have high metabolisms. and i don't eat alot.
any diet, effective workout, whatever.

well you need to start light, and gently work into a normal workout routine. Start by walking, then increase weekly. eating right and staying active are the keys. It's a good idea to see a doctor first to see if it's not related to something else more serious. they can also recommend a specific way that may work for you

I'm 5'8 and 129 lbs and I set my calories at 1700, carbs at 225, fat at 50 and protein at 70.
I thought I ate pretty well, but one I began tracking it I realized that some days I ate up to 70 grams of fat.
This plus working out 4 days a week has really helped me stay on track. Don't waste your money and time on gimmicks like liquid diets and pills, they don't work. Get a sensible eating and workout plan and stick to it and it will work!!
