That's because Satanism is a term handed out to anyone practising something disagreed with by Christianity. the Old pagan religions were denounced as devilry. Plato's writings on democracy were once labelled devil worship by the Catholic church!

Satan is just a biblical invention for an adversary. If you're going to have a supreme good, then you need a supreme bad (like the USA has made Muslims for instance) ortherwise people would question why they needed a supreme good!

So there is no Satanic texts to be found because until the 20th century he never had any real followers! People were just convinced that he did because they were all scared stupid by eternal damnation and didn't know any better.
