If the Egyptians were descendants of Ham, then how come the pyramids date from before the flood, and how come the Egyptians were such a large and prolific civilization in comparison to other descendant tribes of Noah with complex technology for it's time? How can this occur in such a short period of time after the flood?

Abraham is a direct descendant of Noah, and there were several generations between Noah and Abraham, but it seems like the other cultures who should have been eliminated by the flood are either still around after the flood or must somehow have descended from Noah's lineage. If this is the case, then how come they have created such complex and massive civilizations while Abraham has not?

My skink looks like she either has something caught in her throat (which I can't see when she opens her mouth) or is coughing. She is also lethargic. I am not sure what is wrong or what I can do to help her. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

If so, how can you still believe it is the literal word of God. If you don't believe it's the literal word of God, why do you believe it at all?
