Obviously Han Solo. He has the laser gun and shoot Indy on the head. Duh..

That's easy. Indy is a hard as nails adventurer who was always willing to do things the hard way. Solo was more or less lazy and didn't really care to get involved in any kind of conflict unless he didn't have a choice.
Indy would whip Solo with one hand tied behind his back.

It really all depends on whether or not Gredo shot first. If Gredo shot first then Indy would win, but if Han shot first Indy is going down.

They're pretty much the exact same character.
I'd go with Solo though, he's not as scrupulous as Jones.
