How did you cope going back to work?
I find by just going to the shops and leaving my 7week old with my mother or partner, I start to miss him. I will be entering the work force in the next month and fear I may get very emotional whist at work when I think of my baby. Did that happen to most working mums and how long did it last? Thanks

My first day back to work, I only worked for 4 hours and i cried. His father had him and i made him bring tyson down to see me 2 times cuz i missed him. I still miss him why im working and while im in class and he is 8 months old. haha. You just learn to deal with it. Dont we all wish we could be at home with them. Im not going to say it'll go away... it just gets a lil easier.

I thought I was going to be a nervous wreck coming back to work after maternity leave but I really surprised myself. My daughter goes to daycare every day and the first day I brought her, it was kindof hard to leave but I knew she would be taken care of so I had to make myself calm down and realize that she'd be just fine and it has been just perfect. Take it one day at a time mom! :)

My sadnesss lasted for 3 weeks. Then I eventually got over it. I would love to be a stay at home mom but I just can't afford it right now.
Good luck, you'll be fine. :o)

I cried my eyes out driving to work, at work and even coming home to get him from my parents house. You should expect to miss him and you should expect tears but it will get easier with each day.
