because the last picture that his dad took of himself was when he was flying planes in buildings on 9/11

His father was from Kenya and returned to Kenya (where Baracks grandparents also lived) when Barack was a small child. His mother then remarried and moved them to Indonesia. Barack's father played almost no role in his life.

If you pay attention though it is not hard to find this information. Both PBS Frontline and 20/20 on ABC recently did 2-hour specials with this information complete with photo's of Obama's father. I believe Obama covers all of this in detail in his books as well.

The information is out there, and it is not hard to find, you just have to want to find it. It all adds up just fine when you chose to find the information.

where are you living ? certainly not in the States or you may be living a sheltered life maybe in a cave with Bill Laden, we all have seen his black Grandmother at home in Kenya over the media on numerous occasions. I believe his father and granddad had pass away several years ago, I have seen photograph of his father, furthermore cut out your bigatory and prejudices it will get you no where it is time you take a stock of yourself and move on in life and get use to the idea that the times are a changing

I can't speak on his relationship with his father or his father's side of the family, but he didn't seem to have much of a relationship with his biological father. But I'm sure it's safe to assume his Kenyan grandparents didn't raise him when his mother died because he was a 34 year old grown man when she passed away.

his father really wasn't in his life growing up he lived with his mother so i would assume he was raised mainly knowing his white grandparents, what difference would it make, he had a loving supportive family that took care of him, you think he should have been sent to kenya?

Really? You are worried about seeing pictures of a guy who left him when he was a little child. Man you guys are relentless!!! Lets see if you had to go through that experience having your dad abandon you while you are a child and see if you are posting pictures all over the place. Grow up. :(

He only met his father twice, since he was a little kid.

His black grandparents were in Kenya, there, Ace. A little hard to raise someone living in Hawaii.

Probably because he doesn't have any pictures of his dad. Since as how he was abandoned by him at the age of 2, I doubt Obama Sr. sent a picture of himself to his son.

Type "Obama pictures" in search and you'll get a bunch of pictures, few of them would be of his father and his step-grandmother that raised his dad. I guess he does not have too many pictures since his dad was not part of his life. Makes one respect Obama so much more, to be able to achieve as much as he did while being raised by single mom and grandparents.

Because he left his mother for another wife he also had in Kenya, where multiple wifes are legal and he was a drunk hence his death which occur while driving drunk!

He only met his dad twice. Why would his black grandparents raise him after his mom died?
