Isn't Obama the greatest POLITICIAN of our time? ?

This is funny, and kind of revealing of what can be expected if he is elected:

"In a region experiencing World Series fever, McCain underscored his argument by noting Obama had expressed support for both teams playing in the upcoming baseball championship.

Standing just miles north of Philadelphia, whose Phillies will represent the National League starting Wednesday against the American League champion Tampa Bay Rays, McCain noted Obama has identified himself with both teams while campaigning in their two politically important home states.

Obama said over the weekend in Philadelphia that while he was a Chicago fan, "Since the White Sox are out of it, I'll root for the Phillies now." On Monday in Tampa, Obama was introduced by a Rays pitcher and said, "I've said from the beginning that I am a unity candidate, bringing people together. So when you see a White Sox Fan showing love to the Rays — and the Rays showing some love back — you know we are on to something right here."

McCain told employees at TCI Millwork Inc. in Bensalem: "Now, I'm not dumb enough to get mixed up in a World Series between swing states. But I think I may have detected a little pattern with Sen. Obama. It's pretty simple really. When he's campaigning in Philadelphia, he roots for the Phillies, and when he's campaigning in Tampa Bay, he `shows love' to the Rays."

I swear, this guy will say anything to get elected.

Update:

Obama has flip-flopped on virtually verything to gain support. Don't you think it might a possibility that alot of what he says is hot air?

What does baseball have to do with Politics?

Don't all candidates try to appeal the crowds they are speaking to? Isn't that what Palin did by try to appeal to the small town crowds by saying they are the true Pro-Americans. If she speaks to a crowd in New York will she tell them the are not Pro-American?

not an independant thinker. changes positions as they present him potential advantages. how can we expect him to make strong solid decisions in the white house, if he can't even solidify his positions on small things like baseball teams he's rooting for. consistency is only one strong trait we can count on with mccain, among other traits.

and did you hear what biden said about obama lately. he said that within six months of an obama presidency the us will be attacked by one of its enemies to test obama. now biden is a respected foreign policy expert, and that coming from him should mean something for the american people. do they want to get attacked because terrorists know the president they elected is a softy, and won't react strongly like the bush administration did, and mccain will continue to do. he's an amateur, and foreign nations only like him b/c they know he is a pushover, and will say things just to please them.

it would be a sad day to see barack obama take the white house.

    no

Obama is protective of civil rights for Muslims in the U.S., saying, "In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging," he laments. "I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction

and they will if he wins
