I'm not sure about the Muslim religion, but I do know that in Christianity, once a person has confessed that Jesus is Lord and has confessed and repented from his sins to the Lord and plans to turn from his old sinful ways, he is, in a spiritual sense, re-born or born again. He is now a new creation in Christ. Of course, one must do this wholeheartedly, with a truly repentful heart. Then all sins are gone into the sea of forgetfullness. God remembers them no more. So yes, a woman can be a virgin again spiritually in Gods eyes, just not physically. But she should plan to live in purity until marriage.
