But you are too off and on. When you are on it sounds good, but you tend to go flat in areas.

I'd recommend practicing breathing and trying to sound more like yourself and not the artist that you are trying to cover. The 2nd part of the sentence is really a lot harder than it sounds. But I think if you focus more on hitting than notes and what sounds more like your voice than trying to imitate the artists' voice.

But do some research on breathing from the diaphram.
