If you lose weight quickly...is there any way to keep it off?
I did the cabbage soup diet for 8 days. Lost the 10lb it said i would. Then, I continued eating low-calorie...and in 2.5 weeks I have lost 15 lb. I am eating almost vegetarian, and exercising daily. Will I gain the weight back? or continue losing?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com/

If you continue with low cal and continue exercising you should not gain the weight back. Your weight loss will slow down when you have less to lose.

The body is a perfect scale. If you continue to burn more calories than you take in, you will continue to lose weight. The more weight you have to lose, the faster it will come off. The process slows down as you get closer to your target weight.

If you lose weight in a manner that causes you to just do something silly to lose weight, you will gain it back. However, since you are eating better and exercising, you'll be fine as long as you stick to it.

There is yeah, you just need to be more careful of the things you eat and how much exercise you do each week etc. I found this website not so long ago http://www.everlossreviews.net/ and its worked for me so far.
