How can I get i contact with YouTube?

If you write to "service @ youtube.com", you'll end up absolutely

nowhere because that is their computer-generated email system

which forwards everybody's messages/comments to our inboxes

(much like Yahoo's "answers-alert @ cc.yahoo-inc.com").

If you've got a problem, bug, issue, or idea, the most appropriate

email address is "support @ youtube.com". Every time YouTube

replied to me, that was their "header". You can also try sending

them a message at "www.youtube.com/user/youtube".

But if you do email them, do not expect any formal answer other

than a computer-generated one. YouTube likes to tout how they

are a "free service" -- thus they genuinely believe that everything

they do is a goodwill gesture, including not responding to any of

our emails or our "user comments" on their own blogs.

Because YouTube LLC has only 70 employees or so, they don't

really have a "Help Center", "Support Team" or "YouTube Team".

(Yes there actually are 3 different departments with those titles).

Unless you are an advertiser, a broadcaster or media company,

you probably won’t get very far. You can also forget about trying

to phone or fax them.

But good luck anyway. They actually did respond to 2 emails of

mine (out of 5), although nothing was ever resolved.

You could do what the other answerers said, but I think this is better.
