Could somebody tell me what the heck is Tahini?

Some kinda mess Rachel Ray is putting in her bobber ganoosh.

Is it horse radish?

    I don't know but the name Tahini and bobber gonoosh makes me laugh. But, if I had to say, I'd say its sessimee seeds.

    it's a puree of sesame seeds..

    a lot used in arabic food...

    and no..not bobber ganoosh...

    it's baba-ganouj..
