Yes. How it seems to dishonor those that fought before, is beyond me...perhaps you should educate yourself better on what's *actually* going on in the world. That entails the turning off of CNN and putting down the New York Times to read publications that actually know what's going on, talking to people who've been through the theatre, and reading firsthand accounts of what we actually do over there.

You better believe it's worth it. Since Bush decided to take out Sadam, Iran and Iraq are now allies and i'm sure the new buddys want to play games with Isreal. We are now the peace keepers and no longer fighting a war.

Well think of it like this. Those men and women serving in iraq right now already started something there. And they just don't want to pick up and leave. They want to finish what we started.

Plus we are restoring the peace there. government , etc.

Lets finish the job. not leave it for a later generation to deal with.

I think its worth it. However, that is my opinion. I too wish everyone to come home safely as my husband is overseas as well.

No, interfering with other country problem sure is not something worth the dying. Soldiers should only die protecting their country, not for others.

I say No because I still don't know exactly why we are over there and who exactly are we fighting past Wars that i read about it was laid out pretty clear what was going on.
