It is both, men are generally nervous when they're attracted to a woman.He's saying it's hot in there because he is probably embarrassed by it and of course nervous. If you like him, you'll have to be the one to initiate anything,lol, sorry but that's how it was with my husband

My guess is yes. When I was dating, if I was not nervous the first time I met someone, it was not a good sign. My hands were shaking so bad when I met my now husband he had to hold my hand every minute he could to keep me calm. Now I am so calm and happy.

BOTH, The nervousness and attractive neurons flow throughout the same path in the body. this comes from evolution in the past 4000 years ago. when a guy went up to a girl, he had one thing on his mind , to have intercourse,because he is attracted to him, the female would not make the decision to have it or not but her family would, the male would either be killed or would gain the privilege to have sex with her. so you could see why we all get nervious. so yeah its both.
