Two year or four year degree?

I'm currently going to school to get my Associate's in Marketing. I'm unsure as to whether I should stop at my two year degree...or if I should continue for my Bachelor's. I was recently invited into Phi Theta Kappa, which is a International Honor Society offering many different scholarships. I'm 27, so I've been out of high school for almost ten years. I'm really looking forward to starting my career, but I don't want to sell myself short when it comes to education.

I teach at a 2-yr college. There are a lot of majors in which a two-year degree is sufficient and others where the 4-yr is really required. I would offer two suggestions:

    1) take a look at the job market in you area and whether marketing jobs tend to want a 2 or 4 yr degree (the job office at your current school should have this info also.)

    2) what students in my program usually do is find a job that uses their 2 yr degree that will help them pay for school for their 4 yr.

Go for Bachelor's! With an associates people will look at your resume and May decide to call you and if they do you Will be offered a lot less pay. With a Bachelor's they will see your resume and they WILL call you and they Will offer a more competitive pay. Don't sell yourself short it is amazing your going back to school and you should go for the gold! or in your case... the Bachelor's!
