Interesting and good question. I don't know of any one specific fruit. However, technically speaking, Hybrid fruits are man made fruits by crossing 2 different fruits. I would think that technically speaking that could be an answer to your question.

Not that I know of, but if there is I'd sure love to know.
There are a lot of hybrids but they all originate from "wild" fruits.
