Those who are depressed may get inferiority complex.

Some people think high of themselves. Some people think low of themselves. Some are over confident. Some lack confidence. While one should be self-confident, yet it should be within limits. At the same time, we should not allow lack of confidence to dominate.

In any case people who are having such fears, should set their house in order and try to remove their misgivings, shortcomings, deficiencies, drawbacks, weakness, defects, etc. and stand steady mentally and physically.

It is not usual. However, it does indicate that there is very likely some physical cause. In other words, I hope that you realize that depression is a medical condition and not something that you can just "get over" by having a better attitude.

yes of course, it's all perfectly 'normal,' But don't let it be.... try to break the cycle, anytime you do feel like you have some energy, do something to break the monotony. I managed to go for a jog today, which improved my mood for a bit. Of course it's hard, I find night's are a ***** sometimes. But that's because I 'should' be sleeping. Hmm, maybe you just don't like that time of day, or what you are doing or thinking about in that moment.
