How many republicans out there are tired of being called a racist?
How many republicans out there are tired of being called a racist because you do not feel Obama is not qualified to run the country even when you have said nothing derogatory towards his part black ancestry?
If you can't answer the question keep going to the next question. I am asking a sincere question.

Get your head out the sand. PLENTY has been said about his race, and what about the 2 men they just arrested for plotting mass murder all against blacks, including Obama?Calling him Arab and terrorist isn't racist?

Yes, I am. If John McCain had these Socialist ideals and radical ties, he would never even be considered. Liberals don't want to hear the truth. Obama is the most inexperienced, dangerous candidate to ever run for President.
He has the most liberal voting record in the Senate, even more liberal than the self-proclaimed Socialist senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders. Does that not disturb centrist Democrats and Republicans alike?
There are missing chapters in Obama's life that he won't open. We simply want to know "Who is this man?" "Where did he come from?" "What does he really stand for?" If wanting real answers to simple questions makes you a racist, then I guess I am one. Perhaps Webster's needs to change the definition of a "racist" to fit the Democrat's model.
These are some of my favorite canned answers from the liberals:
1) Republicans are racists (even though the Republicans ended slavery in this country and founded the NAACP and Democrats are historically the party of racism and hate)
2) McCain is Bush's 3rd term (even though McCain's idealogies are not anything like Bush's and he has sparred with Bush for years)
3) Republicans are rich (Republicans are simply capitalists - if we earn it, we want to keep it)
4) Republicans are war-mongers (just because we are patriots who care about national security and ensuring our children's safety)

If you don't believe the asker's question, just read the responses to this question that I posted this morning regarding Obama's lack of experience. I believe 4 people have called me a racist:

I am not a racist. There are so many reasons to hate people other than the color of their skin. JK Answers to points. 1) A name as peculiar as Obama's lends itself to wisecracks. You don't have to be a racist to think it's funny. You just have to have a sense of humor. 2) Don't want people to refer to blacks as a monolithic group, voting in lockstep? Convince more blacks to vote Republican, or LIbertarian. As it is the great majority of blacks vote Dem. And as we see it, it only hurts their cause. 3) Affirmative action is the most un-american thing I can think of...or at least in the top ten. It's nothing more than government sponsored racism It's my thought that if blacks want to be seen as everyone else, they should just act like everyone else. Don't ask for special treatment. Don't assume that because someone disagrees with you, that they are racist. If you are a black liberal and I put you down, it's not because I'm racist. It's because you're a liberal, and I have a brain.

Don't take it personally. Such a charge says more about the racist obsession of the person making it than about you. The Republicans in general are obviously not racist, seeing as they have appointed the first black female Secretary of State and the first Hispanic Attorney General. Bush's cabinet is much more diverse than Clinton's was.
People who say you are racist for stating facts about Obama usually are not educated enough to debate the real issues. If Alan Keyes (a black man) were running for president, I would vote for him in a second!
ADD: Thumbs up to Heidi B! Your comment is one of the few reasonable ones I have seen from Obama supporters on this forum. Thanks for trying to bring back a little civility to the process.

It is called generalising, so you shouldn't take it personally.
When someone accuses Republicans of being racist they are generalising, so not every Republican is being accused individually.
I have, however, seen various Americans being interviewed on their doorsteps saying they wouldn't vote for a black man. Usually there faces were blurred out on TV. Now if they are not going to vote for a black man who happens to be the Democrat pick then they must be voting for the white man who happens to be the Republican pick.

Most republicans won't be called a racist. Real racist, are usually confused on how someone can tell that their racist. It one thing to say I don't like Obamas tax plan, its another thing to say he's not a "real" american, and he a arab terrorist. Plus you should notice, its usually White Guys on TV that are bringing up the so-called 'race' issue against Obama (like they actually care). The reality is.. that every time a black person speaks on racism, our history, or our condition, people call that reverse racism.
Source(s): No one says that if you don't support Obama, then you are racist... your racist only if you are racist. Only racist are so quick to prove they aren't.. its funny to watch. - ?Lv 71 decade ago
I am for one. I have dated blacks before, have many black friends and yet I am called a racists. The way I see it, the blacks are the ones being the racists ones. The only race of people that really bug me are the illegal ones and I don't care what race they are. I guess we have to live with racism forever. No body really listened to MLK's speech about us all being equal, did they. At least the racist ones didn't listen.

i am a democrat. i do not think that all republicans ar racist. i think that stereotype occurs because many republicans are voting for mccain just because they don't want a man of color in office. i think alot of democrats are creating stereotypes, which is pretty bad too. all in all, as long as a person's decision has some logic in it besides the whole race/gender thing, i will pretty much respect you for it :)!

Very sad indeed.
Republicans have a big problem. In order to win the election they have to go with the racists. This is a dilemma, I know.
If you don't want to be called racist, you should watch out with what kind of people you go in an alliance. After that, you might risk to lose the election but nobody will call you a racist anymore.

I'm not a Republican, but I'm tired of Obama supporters saying the only reason anyone would vote against him is because the person is racist.
The problem for many of us, though, is that John McCain said that anyone that was against his Amnesty for illegal aliens and destruction of our borders was a racist and a bigot. (I'm still waiting for a call back on my application to pick lettuce for $50/hour.)
I will not vote for either of them. Bad days ahead.

I really don't care. I get called a racist in public when I wear my vote for McCain pin. I just tell them "I hate them all equally" I don't feel the need to explain myself to them that I'm not racist. Let them be the ignorant ones.
