Birthday present for a 10 year old girl...?

a gift certificate to a spa for a pedicure or a manicure...girls that age love that

I have a daughter who is 10 and she loves gift cards or money. She loves to go shopping to pick out her items with her money and being able to pay the cashier or use the credit card machine with gift card on her own. It makes her feel like such a young woman and it's a great bonding time for Mom and daughter.

Definately a MP3 player if she doesn't have one. (The Sansa Clip is a great one. It is small, affordable, and has help up for a year with my daughter.) If she has one, there are speakers that you can buy so she can listen to them without headphones. My daughter loves those. Her friends can listen to her music. A digital camera. She would be getting to an age where cameras are great. Lessons- piano, karate, horseback riding a tv for her room

Well a cheque, voucher or money is always great because then they can spend it on whatever they want. There are lots of good CD's, DVD's and books out there that she might enjoy too. It depends on what type of girl she is, she could be a tomboy who loves football or she could be girly-girl who loves all things pink anf glitzy, it is hard to tell.

I would ask her mom if there anything she been wanting and if not I would go and buy a visa or one of those type of gift cards and let her make a day out of it.Letting her decide for her self is fun for them at that age

If she enjoys reading, you can get a gift certificate from one of the well known bookstores.

ask her mom if there is anything that she wants. That way she's sure to love the gift and you won't get in trouble if her mom thinks the gift is innappropriate since she told you what to get her.
