The Swings are partly outsiders (foreign) and johnny-Come-Lately playing the short game including some hard-core fund managers truly buying 100K on the dips AKA the real winners 5 years from now. But this is NOT the time to gamble that the market is finished with shaking out the rug. The best positioned -needed money- Today is money in your hand.

I'd say the Dow will be unaffected and go down a nominal 75 points.

The Dow will go down and violatility will continue in the marketplace until we see a clarity and transparency comes into the marketplace.
