What's with all these black bean diets?

I am not a fan of black, pinto, kidney or lima beans.

What can one substitute for these beans in your diet?

Beans are good in fat, Protein, Fiber, even carbs. one factor may be the lack of ability of "zinc" for this hint factor is likewise very no longer effortless to soak up while eaten with Legumes which includes soy, lima, etc. Take your hint factors, and you'd be good.
