Why can't Gasoline companys factor in the cost of changing their refinery's from winter fuel to summer fuels that have less air polluants? Surely they must someone in their Budget department who can factor the cost in over the course of a year.

I work for a company that is 46 miles from my house. The description of my job does not match what I do on a daily basis. If I get fired can I sue for Misrepresentation of Employment?

I drive an hour 46 miles one way each day . When I get there there isnt much for me to do so I sit and do nonthing.
