How can i run without water?
im playing basketball for my school and my coach is a dick. he makes us run, which i dont mind, but he's one of those, "water is for *******!" coaches. he wants us to run sprints for 1 hour tomorrow with NO water breaks. i know this is unsafe but is there any way to make it easier?

Drink water through out the day, but dont over drink. FYI your coach sucks and should not be one. Just because they are a coach does not make them an expert.

It is absolutely not acceptable for him to ban you from drinking water. You need to stand up to him. It's very dangerous to go without drinking while excersizing. Still, drink all day, and eat a banana and a potato before hand. The banana helps stop cramps from dehydration, and the potato gives you long-lasting energy to burn. After you're done, drink a few sips of room temp water, wait a few minutes, drink half a glass, wait, drink a little more, etc. DO NOT CHUG ICEWATER AS SOON AS YOU'RE DONE! It's very bad for your system, and it can make you throw up and get very sick.
