Does Internet TV deplete the download limit provided by your ISP ?

Those who can answer know what I'm talking about. Example .. when you view a video on YouTube it's size is added as a "download" so far as your ISP is concerned. My question is does this also apply to watching live TV on the web...because if that's the case then you better have no limit download or forget about it.

Anything you watch on the machine is a download. Web pages, images, music or video of any kind. TV programs are very large downloads.
