In the Xcape artificial snow centre in Milton Keynes.
Last year it didn't snow until April. This year some places have had snow in October. The UK has unpredictable weather and nothing is ever guaranteed. Maybe on top of Ben Nevis there is snow most of the year but unless you're into serious mountain climbing, you're better off going to Finland.

Snow is not guaranteed anywhere in the UK for any month.
More chance of seeing it Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar if you head up into the Scottish mountains.
Try somewhere around the Cairngorms - Braemar, Aviemore, Tomintoul etc.

Nowhere in the UK is guaranteed snow in December.
Your best bet is the Cairngorms, around the Aviemore ski resort. The website to visit is http://www.visitaviemore.com/

Living in Britain for 2 years, the North of England to be exact, I experienced 2 winters there. NO NO NO snow. Lots and lots of rain. The place you have to go is even more north. Scotland. Thats where it is

One thing with the UK weather you can never guarantee it.
I could say somewhere in Scotland and then being the way it is it may be clear, overcast, rainy etc.
