Yes.
"Say unceasingly this chaplet that I have taught you. Anyone who
says it will receive great Mercy at the hour of death. Priests
will recommend it to sinners as the last hope. Even the most
hardened sinner, if he recites this Chaplet even once, will
receive grace from My Infinite Mercy. I want the whole world to
know My Infinite Mercy. I want to give unimaginable graces to
those who trust in My Mercy...."

I have just seen this question today, Saturday at 3pm. Yes I will certainly pray the chaplet tonight for Allecat. It is a very powerful devotion and I am sure the Lord will have mercy on her.
I have been praying for her and her family and friends at Adoration today.
God bless you too for asking for this prayer.

Sister Faustina was a Polish nun, and one of the prayers in that chaplet are in the Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom.
I think these prayers unite the Eastern and Western Rites into some kind of magnificent healing prayer for the entire world, and can reach into the most recalcitrant hearts.
Like a double whammy or something.
