I am a Catholic and I have heard all of the arguments imaginable about why people have problems with the Catholic Church. Most come from what people hear on the news. So tell me, from a Biblical standpoint, what problems do you have with the Catholic Church? Let's talk civilly about this and try to get an understanding of each other. it's about time, don't you think?

I run across people who are vile towards the Catholic Church all the time, especially online. Didn't Jesus Christ say we are all to love each other as ourselves?

I myself have been signing since I was a kid but I was 3 when I learned how to use ASL. Is 2 years old too young?

I've been wanting to teach my almost 2 year old ASL but I don't know if she's too old for the Baby Sign aspect of it or if I should go ahead

allecat EWTN had a great devotion to the Divine Mercy of our Lord and Prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet very often. Will you please join me in praying it duirng our time of prayer for her tonight? for those of you who don't know it by heart here it is.

How to Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet

1. Begin with the Sign of the Cross, 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary and The Apostles Creed.

2. Then on the Our Father Beads say the following:

Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

3. On the 10 Hail Mary Beads say the following:

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

(Repeat step 2 and 3 for all five decades).

4. Conclude with (three times):

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

since there are so many abortions here in America those who want to adopt have to go overseas to adopt. i have a friend who has adopted 3 children from overseas. and my friend isn't of the same ethnic background as the children and she doesn't care as long as she can show her love to the children she adopts. my real question is if there are so many people willing to adopt children why are women choosing abortion instead of adoption?

i recently got an instant message from another user and just because I'm Catholic he starts cussing me out. i put him on ignore. what would you have done? i do feel bad about it but i won't put up with that kind of treatment.

My husband and I want to teach our son how to do Sign Language. But we read that it's a good idea to start a baby at 6 to 9 months. He's 18 months now. Is it too late to teach him now because he still has trouble with some words or should we wait til he gets older?
