What places in Cleveland, Ohio are Positively Cleveland's best "must see" places when you visit Cleveland?

Would some people tell me are some of the best and interesting places to visit in Cleveland? When you are downtown to have fun?

I loved the Rock and Roll hall of Fame.

The Cleveland Museum of Art.

The wonderful

Metro Park system. where I could walk in a beautiful park , I should have taken my bike for the bike trails.

Would some past visitors and residents suggest some Positively Cleveland wonderful sites to visit?

I live in the suburbs and would like to know some of the good restaurant and great artistic shops to visit that others would suggest.

You didn't say if you live on the east or the west side. But we love going to the shops on Old Detroit Rd. in Rocky River. In particular, Geiger's Pendleton Shop and then Casa da Napoli, which is probably the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. It's small so I'd suggest a reservation or just try your luck if you're out that way. I think it's even better than the restaurants in Little Italy, but those are mighty good if you're an east sider.

Some people really like the shops on Coventry in the Cleveland Hts. area.

I don't know which parts of the MetroPark you've been in, but there are wonderful things to see at the Rocky River Nature Center in North Olmsted and the one in Bay Village (I can't think of its name but I could drive to it!).

And of course Cleveland Playhouse Square has some of the best live performances anywhere west of Broadway! Or go out to the Carousel Dinner Theatre in Akron for fine entertainment.

Well for an artistic shop, definitely the Flower Child! It's not in downtown Cleveland but still in Cleveland. It's the coolest store I've ever been in! It's a vintage shop that's set up as someone's house where you can buy the things on the coffee table. But it's way more cluttered with things than a regular house and it's set up as somewhat of a fun house and you go through all these little neat passageways. I go there more for the experience than for the shopping, but you do find great deals on things that are hard to come by. Now would be a great time to go since they'll have all the fun holiday decorations out for sale.

i definitely agree with the West Side market on West 25th ave--it rivals some of the more well known markets in the country in my opinion...

..as far as parks, go my favorite is Edgewater Park--you get views of lake erie and the cleveland skyline --especially cool in the summertime when they do free plays in the park--if you're adventurous look for the old abandoned lighthouse, you can sneek in just keep an eye out for the coast guard patrol driving by in their boats

also, explore detroit ave in lakewood (thats where i used to live)---its lined with pubs, restaurants, cafes, antique shops, etc...its been a few years since i lived there so i dont remember specifics..

i also remember the Tremont neighborhood being very cool and hip--lots of trendy stores, festivals, etc..

Playhouse go see a Broadway Play. Cleveland is 2nd largest THEATRE district

West-side Market- great place to buy food. Check hrs.

Little Italy- great places to eat and shop.

Not sure where you live. But if you live on the west-side here is a great source.
