I need a lawyer for this one. Can someone tell me if this is true?
I read, on the internet so it has to be true, that if Obama were to be elected and then found to be ineligible then the Speaker of the House would become Acting-President for the remainder of his term. Is this correct? Could Nancy Pelosi end up in the White House?
If this is correct, then here is a conspiracy theory. What if that was the plan all the time? What is the DNC and top democratic leadership wanted her in there, but knew she would never get elected on her own?
Let me rephrase. I understand the VP is 2nd in line. This scenario I am proposing is if he is president-elect when he is disqualified. because, if disaqualified before swearing in, he and Biden are out.

if Obama is disqualified when president-elect, Biden could still become president pending congressional confirmation. Give me a Palin-Pelosi ticket any day, that would be truly bi-partisan, mmm yummy too.

No, this is not true. First Obama is eligible. Second, Biden is next in line. And it doesn't take a lawyer, it takes the Constitution. I don't know where you are getting your info from but run, run far far away from it.
