Is it ok to wear a high-end watch with a black face with dark brown shoes / glasses?

im very style conscious too. and in my opinion, brown NEVER matches with black. just start wearing more black [or any color but brown actually] and you'll match fine. its not like you have to wear the watch everyday too, just wear the brown when you don't wear the watch (:
