Annoying 9 year old boy issues?

i think that this little brandon kid needs some serious discipline. i would like...seriously have my parents and all the other parents talk to his parents. you should try that. like have your parents have a meeting with all the other parents on the block and then set something up. or...you can host a bbq and invite everyone but his family including bringing kids so that when they dont get invited they'll be like wtf? and then you or your parents or something can tell them! i feel so bad for you! i would die if i had somebody like that living by me!

Your first question:

First of all I'd like to point out using real names on the internet is not smart. Now about this Brandon child. Now I hate to diss all boys with that name but I know another Brandon He's maybe about 16 He acts no differently than your brandon... Except he talks more sexually.

This boy you speak of is banned from other houses, yet still gets in? He touches you and others innapropriatly? curses at adults and younger children? and you ask whats wrong with him?

Let me explain something... almost everything I've pointed out you can bring to the police. I've witnessed something like this: a 9 year old girl, her name I do not recall was being rude and cursing at one of my friends mothers she had called the cops they spoke to the mother of that child the child and my friends mother.... They did nothing except try to resolve the issue. Technecally the police are almost useless in the language department.

But this boy has sexually harrased you, verally harrased you, and tresspassed. All legal offences. Follow my directions carefully (for a 12 yr old 2 days till i'm 13 I'm very good with legal issues)

1. get the nieghbors you have mentioned here to write complaints of this boy.

2. Speak to your mother, and the other parents of the sitchuation, and what they think should be done about it.

3. Speak to the gaurdian or parent of this child in a respectful manner to see what is going on, be sure to take mental notes on what you observe, some small house hold issues can cause these problems (Look for how the family responds to each other, what brandon is doing during the convo, how they respond to him, thier hospitality, etc)..

and 4. If anything seems wrong with how the family acts please not that down too, along with what brandon does.. keep the complaints and all of this info in a folder for later use (if necessary)

then5. Get the police involved, any evidence and info you have will be tested, and anylised, but most police respect hard work and honesty, your problem with surley be solved.

Now for your second question:

I can go on for a while.. these names are common though.. (caterina can also be spelled Katerina!)

I would be curious as to whether the counselors addressing the issues are helping at all. I adopted a child from foster care who went to counselors for 3+ years and his behaviors did not start improving at all until he stopped going to a counselor and until I stopped trying to take the advice they were giving me in how to deal with him. Have you or your husband tried some old fashioned discipline? A good paddling will probably do the trick!

I agree an adult should be handling this, are your parents around?, put a no trespassing sign up, then call the police if he comes over again.

An adult should be dealing with this issue, not you. And if he is touching you inappropriately, that is a police issue and you must discuss that with your parents.

let him do what ever he wants.....until he gets iritated and boared...if u wont talk with him...for days.....he wont come again to ur home...
