Can you opt for a c-section in the province of Nova Scotia if your last two deliveries were via c-section?

I am living in Ontario and am on my third (and final) pregnancy, but I am moving to Nova Scotia when I am 16 weeks along. My two previous deliveries were by c-section, one was an emergency and the second one was because I developed a heart condition that prevented me from taking the stress of labour. My third pregnancy so far (knock on wood) has been perfectly fine, not even morning sickness, but after 2 c-sections I am weary of trying to deliver naturally. Does anyone know if you can elect to have a c-section with 2 priors in the province of Nova Scotia?

As far as I know most doctors will give a C section automatically if more than one delivery was a c section. It is dangerous in these cases for a natural birth as there is a risk the scars will break open and kill both mother and baby.
