How should homemade roasted pumpkin seeds be stored?

Namely, in the refrigerator or in a cupboard, but any other advice is welcome. How long do they last...?

In a cupboard is fine, seeds and nuts are a dry storage item with a long shelf life which can be extended by storing in the freezer without affecting the quality and flavor

Well, I have to admit that I don't know how long they last, we always finish them before they go bad.

I let them cool after roasting so that whatever moisture is left evaporates off, then put them in a plastic ziploc bag. It generally sits on my counter unzipped. I try to shake the bag when I snack out of it to make sure that air is getting in and hopefully, moisture out.

I think if they are thoroughly dry before you put them in the ziploc, they should last a long time in the cupboard.

Wendy, Chef Mike is right on the money, because the seeds are roasted, as long as you keep them in an airtight container in a dry place. Things like that don't last long around here with us.

Store them in an air tight container. I leave them on the counter, so they get munched on, and they are usually gone before they go bad. I'd say they should last 2-3 weeks.

Sealed in container or baggie (no air). They should last about a week.
