I exhausted my unemployment benefits in June, and began working in August. ?
It appears I may lose my job. If that happens, would I qualify for benefits again? I have worked since August 3rd. I live in Kansas and am trying to look for the qualifications for receiving unemployment insurance.

The definitive answer is going to come from the Department of Labor or unemployment office in KS.

You must work at least 3 months at any job in order for you to be considered for unemployment. Unemployment first investigates if you have worked long enough then they open a case for you in which you are then given an estimate of the amount of money you may receive.
