How can I retrieve my firearm from the city!?
i had my firearm taken for safekeeping. This is a new philly law illegally passed by our mayor. Anyone ever successfully retrieve a firearm from the city you live in? Please help!!!

You might want to give ATF a try. If this law has been illegally passed, ATF is a government agency. I think they would definitley be able to give you some answers.

My entire collection was taken 2years ago,by police in Noblesville,
Ind.When the criminal case ended , I simply contacted the evidence Sgt.,he contacted the Prosecutor .I was able to get all my guns back,no problem.Best of luck.

The BATFE is no friend of the gun owner; quite the opposite. You might try the NRA for some advice. You'll need a lawyer, for certain.

NRA, go to court, hire a lawyer.
