How many people think their state wasn't ready for this Vote?

It seems crazy that with all the hype they weren't ready for this one.

I waited 4 hourse and 15 minutes to vote. they had maybe 15 Machines (one was broken) for what the poll worker said was 5,000 people.

Did any of you have problems?

No. But then, my state uses optical scan ballots statewide. That means much shorter lines -- because if the equipment fails, we can still vote. We just drop our ballots into a locked ballot box.

If your state is using a voting technology that causes people to not be able to vote when it breaks down, then they are disenfranchising the citizens of that state.

Demand a better technology. And any elected official who disagrees, you need to work very hard to make sure they never draw a state paycheck again for the rest of their lives.

Don't let them mess with your vote.

Over 4 hours?? HS! In NJ the wait times were like 10 minutes. I went at 5:45 this morning and I was first in my district.

I think my state made one of the top ones that *was* ready for the elections.

I was in and out in 10 minutes this morning. That was in a state without no-excuse early voting, too.
