Did Sarah Palin cost McCain the election?

It's time to play the blame game. What caused him to lose?

of course she did, if he had chosen anyone but her he would have had more moderate republicans and independent voters go his way. But he he went with that religious nut job who is all looks but no brains. I'm an independent voter and he had my vote until I started finding out who & what Sarah Palin is all about. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

He was on the right track in choosing a female partner and it could have gained him a great deal of support. But he chose the wrong woman. Perhaps in a few more years, when Palin has more experience and has matured, she will make a good running mate, but in this election she and McCain never seemed to be truly a team.

He was probably going to lose anyways but maybe not by that much.

I think the thought of Sarah Palin possibly being president was scary.

People that hate Barack Obama and think that he's "the worst descion of life" imagine Sarah Palin.

I think she played a huge part in it.

Sometimes I would think to myself, "oh c'mon, McCain can't be worse than Bush."

    Then I remembered Palin...

I think that he couldn't have done much worse than her.. maybe if he had picked Jeb Bush for a running mate.
