Now Obama has been elected will the press start doing their job?

They seemed to be head over heals and biased beyond belief. Will they started reporting, examining, and stop promoting?

That is what breaks my heart. The race was close enough that without media bias, McCain would have won. The people did not elect our next president. The media did.

I don't count on them stepping up to start reporting the truth now that Obama has won. The facts about him will never be reported by MSM.

Most television media and newspaper media have been in the tank for the democrats. That was evident going back to the Lewensky scandal in taking more than three weeks to even acknowledge Matt Drudge's blue stain on the dress news buster. To think Clinton bombed an asprin and baby milk factory in Iraq after Clinton got caught and there was not so much as a hint of misdirection on the Presidents side

They won't report anything negative about democrats in office until they are absolutely forced too. Look no further than the Clinton > Bush transition -- it was a disaster to say the least. The Clinton administration trashed the white house, stole the white house china, took the "W's" off all the keyboards and caused 15K of damage. Bush did not even get a security briefing -- he got a notebook of notes. Not a peep about this was mentioned by the major media outlets.

I imagine it will continue to be business as usual. The true test will come when the democrat rulers implements the fairness doctrine to shut down "Talk Radio". I wonder if they will come to there aid. I doubt it...

The largest proportion of dem's that've been polled about the news coverage have indicated that they watch Fox News more than any other because of it's balanced reporting.

Lets face it Obama has been "wright" washed and not scrutinized at the same level of intensity as other candidates.

Many questions were left unanswered as

much of the press became consciously unconscious for the candidate .

This is the first step towards the press being incorporated into rather than against the political powers that be.

The Ministry of Truth is being formed as we speak.

Big Brother is here.....watch,listen and you will see.

  • Why would they stop doing what they're doing? What motivation do they have to become disinterested observers, mere reporters of truth? Their tactics seem to have worked. It's just the same as a two-year-old having a tantrum. If you give in, say hello to more tantrums. It works.

Yeah, even though I'm a democrat, things have gotten pretty boring. Where's the controversy? I might as well be watching E!

It may "seem" that way to you, but it seems to me that all objective standards say Obama is the better candidate.

i'd like just one non-biased report. it can be about anything at all, just no bias.
