Did anyone else notice Palins reaction during McCains speech?

It looked like she was almost scared to shake John McCain's hand. It didn't even seem like they knew eachother. Did anyone else notice that?

She looked like she was waiting for the principal to kick her out of school.

"Oh, no, Mr. McCain, it wasn't me that put the sodium metal down the toilet in the girl's bathroom. I was in the library working on my term paper. Cindy McAlister never liked me, that's why she said she saw me coming out of there"

She was disgusted with him. He faught a lame campaign and she knew it. I think she quickly realized during the campaign that McCain is actually too naive and polite to win in the modern political arena.

Frankly, she's probably thrilled to have it over and just go back to governing Alaska as the most popular governor in the entire 50 states.

She can take her revenge after the Senate forces the Alaskan senator to resign. Because he won, PALIN gets to nominate a replacement OF HER CHOICE who will fill the seat for the remainder of his term. You can count on that replacement being a very hard-core conservative, someone who will make the liberals insane with rage.

McCain always was and remains an oblivious, old fashioned loser.

Obama is absolutely dangerous and will be a complete disaster, but in a way, at least we'll get to blame him and point out his multiple failures for the next 4 years. I was already dreading having to defend McCain as he "walked across the aisle" and conceded everything to the Democrats as usual.

Yeah, because McCain singlehandly destroyed her reputation as a great governor of Alaska. Now all I hear from Obama supported when it comes to Palin is "I can see russia from my house" instead of calling her a great governor. Now she has to rebuild it for 2012. She seems very smart.

Though I didn't notice it last night... it doesn't surprise me.... McCain didn't really want her as VP and he didn't have any faith in her.... Between him and the camp smothering her is one of the reasons why she didn't preform well (contrary to popular belief)...

Though I think she was saddened at not winning... at least that is what it looked like to me when I look at the pictures..

    I sure did.

But that man is sooooooo stiff.

Did you see how he embraced his wife?

I wouldn't take it to mean anything though.

He probably told her a few things she did not want to hear before his speech and she was still upset.
