if u wore it with a plain black skirt, tights and boot/uggs it cud look dead nice

On the right girl it could look great - bold and makes a statement. On the wrong girl, add a pink fluffy scarf and it could look like an Ugly Betty creation.

I think it would look alright with the right pair of pants and shoes

It would look nice with a pair of denim jeans or black pants.

It would look reall good with a pair of light skinny jeans.
