With the electronic age why are we still voting in little booths?

With computers in almost every home and in every library across this country, why can't our government figure out a way to have an electronic election?

And before saying because of fraud, we already have that and always will.

We can do our taxes online but can't vote - go figure.

    Because if there IS a problem one can always go back to recount the ballots.

    Sorry you're inconvenienced every 4 years. Can you imagine how much crying would happen if their person lost in an internet vote? People cry fraud when people go in person with ID.

    Because no system is secure. If someone hacks the system, suddenly they can choose who's in control of the entire government.

    because its easier to claim voter fraud against minorities and the elderly with paper ballots, so Democrats want to keep them. And its also easier to defraud with paper ballots that are too tough to manually check one by one, so again, that behooves Democrats.

    it's not under a controlled situation... sorry, there has to be gatherings with representatives and assignments... no can do.
