can you suggest a diet that will make me fart less?
here's what i eat now..
for breakfast: either cereal or waffles and microwave bacon and always water sometimes coffee maybe a banana.
lunch: i don't really eat it, maybe some milk. and a cookie.
i drink a lot of water after 2 pm.
dinner: whatever healthy meal my dad makes. a vegetable serving and some kind of meat or fish or something.
please, what could i be eating to make me fart less?
it's depressing how much i fart.

I have the same problem, sort of, maybe not as much as you. I'd say your diet sounds fairly healthy to me. Although, one thing to note: Not eating, like how you say you don't really eat lunch, causes more acid and air buildup in your stomach, also maybe when you're drinking all that water, you swallow a lot of air?? There really isn't a healthy diet that whould decrease your farting, because farting is caused by fiber, and fiber is so good for you. It prevents colon cancer. So what would you rather have?

farting is natural.You are healthy !!! think about the people who can't...these are dangerous gases leaving your body!!! FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO BE DEPRESSED ABOUT IF YOU MUST !! TRY TO BE DISCREET ABOUT IT WHEN IT HAPPENS BUT THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO "BREAK THE ICE" AROUND SOME PEOPLE AND HUMOROUS TO OTHERS.YOU WILL BE JUST FINE GIRL !!! Some people even find this SEXUALLY arousing!!! GOOD LUCK !!! now go blow the world up and HAVE SOME FUN !!!!

there are obviously things that are making you fart but we cant help you if you dont tell us what they are. i wanna hear something like cabbage, eggs, lots of eggs, onions, beans (by cereal you may have meant that)
start telling us what it is. or buy an extra bottle of perfume for your bum.

you might be allergic to something your are eating. You might try going to a dietitian to find out what is causing the flatulence.

try less fibre
i had similar problem lol try and balance the fibre out with protein and carbohydrates
